What's included in a lawn mowing service?

The standard lawn mowing service includes mowing, edging, trimming and blowing off the surrounding hard surfaces.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing will vary from property to property. Our minimum charge for mowing is $45, however, pricing will depend on size, slope and frequency. Please contact us to receive an exact quote customized to your property.

How can I pay for my service?

Accepted Answer

For contracted weekly or bi-weekly services, we only accept payment by credit or debit card. Exceptions will apply to one time services. We will charge your credit card two days after your service is completed. This will provide us with enough time to make sure you are satisfied with our service.
 
All credit and debit card charges will be safely transacted via Stripe or Square.

Can I receive an invoice and pay monthly?

We will gladly issue invoices for monthly payment on weekly or bi-weekly contracted services.

Do I have to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. We simply ask all clients to ensure their gates are left unlocked and all pets are inside.

Is Mow-Val insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We provide end-to-end insurance coverage. We hold a $300,000 general liability policy.

Is Mow-Val licensed?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have a business license in Riverside County. This is the only area we service. Business License #34121.

Can I change how often you visit?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Simply contact us via phone or email and we will gladly change your service from weekly to bi-weekly or vice versa.

Question 9

Do you have a guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We guarantee you will be satisfied with our work or it will be free if we cannot make it right. Simply let us know within 48 hours of the service in question. If you have a valid complaint, we will either not charge you or refund your money immediately.
